1. Production Time
Each ideaTorus device is handcrafted with precision. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days before shipment dispatch.
2. Delivery Times
We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Express shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days globally. Standard shipping may take up to 20 business days.
3. Customs & Import Taxes
All import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, and any local taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. ideaTorus does not pre-collect these charges.

1. Üretim Süresi
Her ideaTorus cihazı hassasiyetle elde üretilir. Üretim süreci, sipariş kargoya verilmeden önce ortalama 3 ila 5 iş günü sürmektedir.
2. Teslimat Süreleri
Siparişlerinizi uluslararası kargo firmaları (FedEx, DHL, UPS veya Yurtiçi Kargo) ile gönderiyoruz. Hızlı (Express) gönderimler genellikle 3-7 iş günü, standart gönderimler ise destinasyona göre 20 iş gününe kadar sürebilir. Türkiye içi gönderimler genellikle 1-3 iş günü sürer.
3. Gümrük ve İthalat Vergileri
Uluslararası gönderimlerde, varış ülkesi tarafından uygulanan tüm ithalat vergileri, gümrükleme ücretleri ve KDV Alıcı’nın sorumluluğundadır. Türkiye içi siparişlerde fiyatlara KDV dahildir.
